A former broadcasting house on the Danube was becoming forty seven Bauhaus inspired residences. The project needed a brand identity that
spoke to design savvy buyers who care about architectural integrity and a quiet, refined aesthetic.
A space shaped by the energy of its past, moving from factory to broadcast to contemporary living. The concept centres on shift, experimentation, and vibrancy. The identity draws from Light Studies that follow how light moves through the building across time and weather. These moments form the graphic language, echoing Bauhaus discipline and framing the building’s continual change as its visual voice.
