Brief: Segue is a residential development
in Budapest, housed in a former 1951 Bauhaus-influenced radio broadcast building. Zig Property converted this historic space into contemporary apartments while respecting its architectural and cultural heritage.
Challenge: How can the identity honour the building’s shifting history and appeal to design conscious buyers without relying on familiar Bauhaus tropes?
Solution: We built the concept around resonant syncopation - the idea that this space holds the energy of its past. From factory to broadcast to contemporary living. The building is about shift, experimentation, and vibrancy.
