Challenge
Mollie Balch, a former senior executive with lived experience of ADHD and ASD, is launching a coaching practice in response to the challenges neurodiverse employees face within corporate environments. Organisations often struggle to recognise and support different cognitive styles, resulting in overlooked strengths and misaligned systems. The challenge was to create a brand identity that translates cognitive diversity into a clear, contemporary language that businesses can understand and engage with.

Solution
The brand reframes neurodiversity as a shared source of strength, focusing on what becomes possible when teams understand how different minds work together. It gives Mollie a clear language to guide conversations around strengths, collaboration, and long-term progression across an organisation.
